Family Therapy
Families can benefit from therapy when they experience any stressful event that may strain family relationships, such as financial hardship,
divorce, or the death of a loved one.
Group therapy can help people improve their mental health. It involves at least one mental health professional and two or more people in therapy. Many use it to address a specific mental health concern. The group dynamic often helps people feel supported as they move forward. Whether your goal is growth, improving social skills, or something else, group therapy could help you achieve it.

My Approach
Balance Your World: Youth Counseling stresses that our physical, and mental health are intertwined. It emphasizes the notion that there is an optimal or healthy level of input and output that in turn can assist in creating a balanced individual. My goal as a practitioner is to facilitate mental wellness through therapeutic interventions, psycho-education and recommendations.
I employ an eclectic approach in my practice, which means I use different therapeutic
modalities in efforts to address the specific needs of the client.
